Information Report: Conflict

In order to complete this task correctly you will need to follow the instructions set out for you below.
How to write an Information Report:
The purpose of this task is to help you use the notes you made about your chosen conflict.
You will need:
A copy of this framework (filed in your Inquiry Folder)
Your notes
Instructions:
Read the prompts written in blue at the side of this framework.
Look at your notes and match up the information that will fit in each section of the framework
Write the title of your conflict in the first box
Follow the prompt to introduce your topic in the second box.
Find the information in your notes that explains what caused your conflict. Read it and think about how you could rewrite that information in sentences that match the prompts written in box 4.
Next look for the information in your notes that explains what happened during your conflict. Read it and think about how you could rewrite that information in sentences that match the prompts written in box 5.
Search for facts in your notes that tell how your conflict was solved. Read it and think about how you could rewrite that information in sentences that match the prompts written in box 6.
Locate the part that shows what happened after your conflict. Read it and think about how you could rewrite that information in sentences that match the prompts written in box 7.
Finally read your ‘Interesting Facts’ section. Choose the fact you think is the most interesting. Follow the prompts in box 8 to help you conclude your report.

What is the title of your information report?
World War Two (WW2)
Introduction:
Introduce your topic by writing two interesting facts about your conflict that will hook in the reader. Remember to explain what war is.
Did you know when Hitler, the leader of the Axis Powers, died Japan, who was on the same side, continued fighting in the war. War is legalized violence, its the only time you can cause death without being punished.
Second paragraph: Write 3 sentences explaining what caused your conflict. Include the date it started and who was involved.
In 1939 Germany invaded Poland because they wanted to regain some of the land that they had signed over when they signed the Treaty of Versailles. France and Britain went to support Poland and declared war on Germany.
Third paragraph:
Write a paragraph telling your audience about 2 or 3 facts about what happened during your conflict. Remember to say which weapons were used and how many people lost their lives.
6O million people that lost their lives during those 6 years where civilians and many people lost their homes no fuel no food meant millions became refuges and where cold and starving. some of the weapons that were used in world war two where guns

Fourth paragraph:
Write a paragraph telling your audience how WW2 was resolved. Were any treaties signed? What did people agree to in the treaty?
it took 1 year world war 2 officially ended on december 31, 1946
Fifth paragraph:
Write a paragraph telling what happened after your conflict. Remember to include the effects your conflict had on the countries involved
there was no more fighting it took another year until president harry truman of america issued a proclamation of formal cessation of world war 2 hostilities on december 31 1946 this is officially ended world war two. and the countries that were involved
Conclusion:
End your information report with one of your best interesting facts.
